Image Analysis
TissueARray.Com also offers powerful and customizable image analysis using Visiopharm software and service. The following services are available for routine analysis:
- Automated quantification of cytoplasm, membrane, or nucleus staining
- Virtual double/triple staining by aligning features on individual cores. Applications include co-localization studies, and automated quantification of tumor regions only.
- A wide variety of algorithms for specific biomarkers shared by others at the Visiopharm App Center
